We are happy to visit your property for a no-obligation discussion about your requirements.
When we come to meet you we will discuss your priorities and budget and plan a cleaning schedule to suit you on a day that works for you.

At this meeting we can discuss any product preferences you may have, how we can access your property, payment options etc.

Once a member (or members) of the team have been assigned to your property they will be your regular cleaners. We would only ever send someone else to cover sickness or holiday after giving you prior notice.

Your assigned team member(s) will have a full briefing of your expectations based on the initial meeting – but we always welcome feedback and communication to keep our service working for you.



Even for one off cleans we try to visit you at your property in advance to discuss – but appreciate this isn’t always practical. On these occasions we chat through as much info as possible in advance so that we come prepared to make the best use of our time.

We require a £25 non refundable deposit to hold the date for ‘one-off’ cleans.
